How to clear alerts in Alarm.com

How do i clear the alerts shown on the screenshot? they are there online and on the app too

The Malfunction regarding the cellular device is likely referring to Geoservices. If the cell phone has not checked in with Geoservices in 24 hours they’ll show malfunction. You can check to make sure these devices are valid and adjust settings on them by logging into Alarm.com and navigating to the Mobile Tab. You can click on the individual Geo-Devices on the right to manage settings, delete them if they’ve been replaced, and even turn off the malfunction alerts.

The phone line malfunction means you have a phone number and/or account programmed into your panel and the panel is looking for a phone line to utilize. As this is utilizing cellular, there would be no landline to connect with. The Concord 4 manual would have more details in the Phone Options section.
