How many Nest thermostats can the Alarm.com app support?. I have 4 of them but only 2 show in my app
There is no limit in Alarm.com for Nest Thermostats but there is a hard limit of 20 per google account.
Currently I am only seeing two tied to your account. Have you gone through the necessary steps to pair the other two with your Alarm.com account? To do so:
- Log into the Alarm.com Website.
- Click Settings .
- Click Add Device.
- Click Thermostat.
- Click Google Nest Learning Thermostat.
- Click Begin Installation .
- Enter the primary Google account login information.
You can only associate one Google account with your Alarm.com account. Are all 4 devices associated with the same Google Account ?
I can view them all in the nest app
When did you add those two additional thermostats to the Nest app?
I’ve tried running an equipment check but no additional devices are reported by Nest.
Are the ones not showing up older or newer than the two there now?

No problem. They’ve all been deleted.
Thanks, I deleted them from my nest account too. 3 of 4 show up in the Alarm.com app now. The 4th one is having an issue so its not being used at the moment but I will try to add it back soon

Can you please delete again as I’m not able to see or add any of them?
It looks like there was indeed an error with the ADC-Nest sync here. Your account was reporting on the back-end as though no account sync was in place.
You should be able to go into Alarm.com now and re-add your Nest account. Success?
