I installed 4.3.0 firmware on my IQ4 and the Lutron devices do not show on there.
The changelog mentions:
-Added virtual device support for Wi-Fi lighting solutions such as Lutron, Deako, Jasco Pro, iDevices and Orro One Smart switches, outlets and dimmers – enabling the ability for supported Wi-Fi lights to be viewed and controlled from the panel
However, after updating to 4.3.0, they do not show on the panel. Do you know where to enable? I couldn’t find a setting in either ADC or the panel when briefly looking. Thanks.
I haven’t been able to test that yet, we will be adding the details to the panel firmware thread today (a lot of frequently requested features were added) but if it is anything like MyQ, it will be automatic and triggered during setup of the integration with the ADC account.
For existing users this may mean Lutron needs to be removed and reconnected to the account in order to populate those devices.
We’ll see if we can get some confirmation from Alarm.com

So I talked to Qolsys support who worked with ADC. They said to look for this setting in the ADC backend (ignore the name):
and they said to turn it off then on again, and this will trigger the command to the system and within 24 hours of that, the lights should then show on the panel.
Could you let me know once completed. I’ll post back in 24 hours of that if it did the trick. Thanks for the help.
I got the same response from ADC, so presumably that should work. I’ve enabled the Deako integration setting. Let us know if you have any trouble.
That section in Alarm.com is for remote management of panel config. I believe that setting is the “Other Automation” setting referenced in the installation manual here. Can be toggled at the panel as well.
