I logged into my account and I could not see any means of adding a credit card to my account. I deleted the previous one because it failed to pay the bill. It was cancelled by my credit card due to identity theft.
I receive email that my account is due but when I click on the pay now link I am transferred to the SuretyDIY page stating that “My Cart is empty”.
I have checked with Customer Service and they are currently working on this issue. They will contact you once a solution has been found.
