I want to pay my bill. How do I pay my bill?

Per our Terms and Conditions, monthly service payments are automatically run 10 days in advance of the due date using the card on file to account for failed payments prior to scheduling cancellation.

You can update your payment method at any time via the Subscriptions tab in your Surety login. From the Subscriptions tab click on Change Payment to update your payment method.

Should your recent payment have failed, to avoid interruption of service and make a payment, please login to your Surety account and select Order History . Here you can click Pay to the right of your failed service order to make a payment. Your chosen billing method will be automatically applied for future automated billing.
