Hi,
I have the temperature alert set up on my system to notify me when my house gets hotter or colder than a certain level. While I was gone, and my thermostat was off for a few days, I received an alert that the thermostat had gone over my high degree set point.
My issue now is that even though my home is below that high set point, I continue to see the alert appear every time I log onto my account on either the iOS app or the web (see the attached pics). Any idea how to clear that?
