Can you point me to the instructions of adding my Schlage wifi lock to ADC?
First generation Schlage Encode locks can be added to accounts using the Home or Complete plan by accessing the Alarm.com website and going to Settings > Manage Devices > Add device.
how do i SYNC all oif my users codes?
When I go to the users the new wifi schlage lock does not show up for access although it does show up in my system
User codes are set using the Schlage Home app.
Once integrated you can control the lock remotely through Alarm.com and add it to automation rules.
Just to clarify, with the zwave version of this lock , it downloads all the user codes automatically through ADC
With the Wi-Fi mode, you have to manually enter and delete?
All Z-wave locks have their codes managed through Alarm.com, by way of the alarm panel they are connected to.
The Schlage Encode is a stand-alone wifi lock that does not connect to the panel.
User code management and installation setup is done through the Schlage Home app.
