How do i add a second t-2000 thermostat

I want to add a second T2000 thermostat to my 2gig system. The panel does not recognize the second one.

Hi, there wouldn’t be any limitation regarding more than one T2000. However, with Z-wave devices there is always a chance the device has a parent network saved already, if used this is very likely, if new it may be a test network from the manufacturer.

Try a Remove Device function first, perform the learn process on the Thermostat. This will clear any parent network saved in the Z-wave device.

Then use Add Devices and perform the learn process on the thermostat.
