I installed a magnet window 319 sensor that apparently had a low/dead battery and now that I’m 1200 miles away for the winter, it triggered an alarm. It’s now showing back online and I had Alarm.com put this sensor in test mode temporarily but I want to bypass it entirely. I can not find that action in either the Alarm,com app or the suretyhome website. Am I missing something? Is there a way to bypass it remotely? Thanks, Phil
Would you like us to send a command to delete the sensor? This way when you return, you can replace the sensor and learn it back in?
