I have a Honeywell Vista 20P with the wireless module and a Telgard TG-1 (unactivated) would I be able to migrate to Surety without the Alarm.com System Enhancement Module (SEM) in order to connect with service?
Unfortunately u would need the alarm.com Sem module

In reading your extensive forum (thank you guys) it appears that this site is good for DIY folks . . . that are 100% comfortable with written instructions.
Is that a fair assessment.
It appears calling a 800 number is lightly supported and that 95% of support is via the forum.

The bulk of our support is done through the support site here, and allows for better instruction, with images and video.
And yes, you’ll need the SEM. Telgard is a different back-end service not compatible with Alarm.com.
