I’ve had issues ever since switching to Surety. Never had problems with my themostat prior, but now the thermostat switches temperatures on its own, and it often heats past the temperature that is set.
For example, the temperature might be set at 65 or 66, and it shows that is what is set at, but the actual temperature is 70 (And the heat is still blowing). Or in the middle of the night when everyone is sleeping, the app will show that it is changed to be 70 degrees, even though the schedule is set to only be at 64.
Any suggestions? I’m at the point of leaving Surety and finding a completely different system.
Looking at your history, I can see nightly events where the thermostat reports a change to a heating target of 70 and cooling of 78. I also see times where it changes to 62 and 82. These are all on board default schedule temperatures for the T6, corresponding to its default Wake, Home, Away, and Sleep schedules. Did you or your prior dealer reset that thermostat?
The Honeywell T6 thermostat onboard schedules can conflict and should be disabled if using Alarm.com.
Here is a link to the manual, make sure all on board schedules are disabled. See page 18 of the manual to turn off scheduling.
