I’ve successfully added this device to my iqpanel4 and can control it from the alarm.com app. My problem is that the alexa integration with voice activation will not control the thermostat. It cannot find the device in the profile. There is no android app for this particular thermostat - model t6 Pro Z
It does work for my other Zwave devices so any help would be appreciated.
Just to double check, are you using the Alarm.com skill or the Alarm.com Smarthome skill in Alexa?
Have you run a discover devices command?

Alexa can’t connect to your other (Z-wave) device. I’ve confirmed that the echo is using the same account and the alarm.com app works as expected.
This function did work before when the account was registered through an installer, so it should work.
Please advise.

Just to confirm, you have linked the alarm.com app with your Alexa account correct?
On your Alexa app, if you press the notifications Icon on the top, does it display that devices were added through your Alarm.com account?
The devices may need to be added to groups/rooms in order so you can see them.
