I have a GIG-PIR1-345 sensor on a corner and on that corner I would like to put a speaker from a home theater set Im planning on installing in the living room, if I do that, would it create some type of interference that would affect the performance of either the speakers/sensor?

It is difficult to definitively say without testing, but given a little distance I wouldn’t think you should see any impact on the sensor. Try to keep them about a foot apart at least. As long as the device does not generate heat.
