I’m trying to get my Lutron Lights to be accessible from my IQ Panel 4. I’m able to access/control the lights from the Alarm.com app, but the Home Control page in Installer Settings is greyed out and disabled (I cannot enabled it). I do not have partitions enabled, and am wondering if there are any other settings dependencies I should check.
I did a few tests and checked that the panel does not need to have that Control Page enabled to be added to your panel to be able to control it from there.
First think I would try is updating your panel to 4.5.2. You current version should work but possibly updating to the latest version may fix something that didn’t happen.

If this doesn’t fix the issue, could you try deleting your Lutron account from Alarm.com and learning it back in and waiting about 15 min to see if it adds it.
RESOLVED: Closing the loop, this did the trick: I updated to 4.5.2, removed the Lutron connection and re-added it - works like a charm!
