1. the control panel key pad numbers seem to be worn out. Can it be replaced at no cost?
Are you referring to the LCD screen on the Main panel? If so, the screen cannot be replaced. You can recalibrate the screen.
To do so: click Security button on the panel then the Menu button, press Toolbox and enter your master code. Then arrow over until you see the button Calibrate Touch Screen and follow the on screen prompts. You may also want to clean the touch screen as well. To do so without pressing buttons inadvertently, click Security -> Menu -> Toolbox -> Clean Screen. Do either fix your issue?
2. Password reset does not seem to be working as directed.
Be sure to check your spam and other folders in your email inbox for this email. So I can better assist you, which password reset are you referring to? Your Alarm.com account password or something else?
3. We have yet to receive an email to the email address on file in our profile.
Is this related to Issue 2? Are you referring to billing correspondence through Surety or email from Alarm.com?
It looks as though that the email address associated with your Alarm.com account is not the same as the address associated with this login or your billing address.
