My old Schlage front door lock died in march, and I am unable to remove it from my surety account/alarm.com app and panel.
Today I added a new working front door lock, and renamed the old lock “front door lock (remove)”.
Can someone help send a code to remove the old lock from my account? In the panel, the name hasn’t changed, but it’s the one with malfunctions.

Commands have been sent to remove this lock. Please allow about 5 minutes for commands to complete. These will only work if the device is powered down/not communicating with the panel.
Thank you it is now removed from panel. How can I remove from alarm.com app?
When I go to remove, it wants me to ‘trigger’ device and it keeps ‘looking for device’
Then after timing out it says
“Your device was unable to be successfully deleted from the system. Make sure that the device has power.
If you are still having trouble, try again or contact support at (855) 787-3891.”
Try logging out of ADC, then back in. Does it still show up?
