Help logging in to suretyDIY with iPad

I was able access suretyDIY on windows 10 using both internet explorer and edge. But not from iPad using safari, it prompts me to update my password to iCloud password, I click no and I am back to the sign on screen. I was able to log into alarm.com from internet explorer, but not Edge, it told me I needed to upgrade Edge? On the iPad again would prompt me to update my password, I click no and back to login screen. This has been frustrating!

Always happy to help, although this is not something related to the suretyDIY website. iCloud is an unrelated Apple service, you can read about it here.

Have you tried updating Edge per suggestion when trying to login to ADC?

Also, it sounds like you definitely need to resolve an issue with iCloud. If they are prompting you to update your iCloud password this page may help.
