Hello,
My new home came with an IQ4 panel that was not registered to alarm.com. I successfully guessed the login code to the panel (1234) and have signed up with Surety and now have it registered.
My house comes with smart thermostats that can connect to the IQ panel, but the issue I am having is when I enter the code it is not showing me the “install option” with the drill icon.
Is there an installer code that I will need in order to add devices?
