Help enabling Geo-Services with Alarm.com App

I’m unable to enable geo services on my phone, please help guide

Geo-Services is enabled through the menu on the mobile app. Start by logging in to your app and clicking on the menu icon and scrolling down to Geo-Services. From there you will want to toggle Geo-Services on. Location Settings will need to be enabled through your phone’s settings as well.

Were you able to enable Geo-Services?

The option is grayed out on my wife’s phone for some reason.

Looking at the account, it appears she has her own login, and it looks like that login does not have full notifications access. Currently it is limited to Read Only access. You can edit access permissions for the login by navigating to Users > Manage Logins in Alarm.com and clicking on her login.
