Has anyone heard of the CSVR2116P? Is it supported on Surety Home?

I found this online while looking for a 12TB CSVR.

https://www.alarmclub.com/adc-csvr2116p-1x12tb-alarm-dot-com-pro-series-csvr-commercial-stream-video-recorder.html?utm_source=adc-csvr2116p-1x12tb-alarm-dot-com-pro-series-csvr-commercial-stream-video-recorder&utm_medium=shopping%2Bengine&utm_campaign=googleproducts&srsltid=AfmBOoreVoFilzL2pL5sjgixk9kjXt0gpOqiT2sJyEOg-HIs7e8gi6x-kNM

Is this a new model or a typo?

this is the new Pro series and yes surety supports CSVRs BUT you have to be on a plan that supports Video such as protect or complete. The home plan does not natively support video.

Thanks. Do you know when it came out? I can’t find any literature on the 2116P? I only see content on the 2016P.

Did so digging. Looks like the 2116p is early access for dealers starting on July 11th. Looks like the difference is the 2116p works with third party cameras and the 2016p doesn’t based on the announcement image I found. If I had to bet I bet that website just updated their page early and it’s actually the 2016p

Thanks this is very helpful. It is a new product but the biggest advantage is it is less expensive. Which makes sense because the price they were charging for GBs of storage was far too high.

Alarm.com has not released specific information on this device yet. We havent carried any of the commercial SVR units but they are compatible with service, requiring Video and SVR add-ons.

Once information has been released on it, it will be added to the SVR section on the forum.

I just got a shipment notice from Alarm.com so this product has launched. Interestingly the list price was more than $400 less than the previous model.

I guess I will be one of the first to use this on Surety.
