I had purchased a hardware 16 from your site a few months ago. I’m having some trouble getting the remote siren to function… everything else works great! Is there a setting in the Qolsys panel?
Looks like there is an emailed image associated. In the image there does not appear to be an input wired from the Qolsys panel Buzzer.
The Qolsys IQ buzzer + - needs to be wired to ENB and GND per the diagram on the install guide. This then triggers the HW16 to drive the sirens.
