I’ve recently purchased and installed a 2GIG GC2. Does the 2GIG GoBridge work as a primary communication device with ADC? Or would I have to have a cell unit as primary and leverage the GoBridge as secondary only?
All Alarm.com accounts require an Alarm.com cellular module for primary communication. An account cannot be set up without one.
The Go!Bridge is used for concurrent backup. It can alleviate latency in sending commands, and offers IP backup in case cellular connection is lost.
Of note, Image Sensors only communicate across cellular.
