Hi - I need to get into the backend system to make changes to my zones, which requires me to get into the installer toolbox. When doing so, it appears the installer code has been changed. The person who installed the device appears to have changed the installer code but he is no longer in business. Is there a way to restore the installer code to it original code or have it changed to a new code? I currently have a Go!Control GC3 unit.

If you are a surety customer you can log into your surety account and change it from the system manager page I think is where it is located

Surety users with their panel connected successfully to our service with compatible panels like the GC3 can change installer code remotely in the system manager here. You can also unlock programming there for 2GIG panels in case the previous company locked installer access.
