I want to be able to ensure my glass break sensors PG9922 are activated and listening when I arm my IQ Panel 4 and not just when it’s armed to Away. I would also like to test to ease my sanity because I am unsure if they are even working.
Glass breaks on the IQ Panel 4 would be set to Group 13 Glass Break. These will be Active in both “Stay” and “Away” mode.
You can test a glass break with a simulator like the Honeywell FG-701, you can find additional testing information in the Testing Procedures section of the installation manual:
