Can anyone provide assistance on how to get app control for a Honeywell T6 thermostat? The thermostats have been connected to the IQ 4 panel and I can control them locally but they won’t show in the alarm.com app.
Happy to help! Remote automation device control for things like thermostats, lights, locks, etc., is included in the Home and Complete plans.
It looks like you currently use the Protect plan, which includes security and video features, but not automation.
You can switch to the Complete plan which would be the same as your current plan, but including automation support. You can switch your plan at any time by visiting the system manager here.
