So I recently purchased a zwave light switch, installed it and added it my control panel however when I go to devices to see the individual light switches I see the recent instal is colored yellow, I have tried to re-discover it which it does let me and I can operate it thru the panel fine, it doesn’t show up on the web portal I guess because it is colored yellow, is there something that can fix this problem?
Z-wave devices can have a delay in when the panel forwards new device info to ADC. Running a Network Rediscovery can help, as can a cell phone test.
We have requested an updated list and the new device is now showing on the account.
A network rediscovery would also help with any signaling issues as long as your new device is within range of the network. It will learn routes through its neighbor devices.
