GE Concord4 Bus Error

I have a Concord4 system. One of the keypads I keep getting a BUS 7 FAILURE ERROR. I have powered down, removed battery and reboot the system. I am not getting that error on the other keypads.

I have two touch screen keypads. ON there in the cog wheel there is an exclamation mark but when I go in to the cogwheel setting it says “SYSTEM OK”

I changed the ID of the 7 BUS device to 0000000 but still shows up as an error on the one touchpad.

Help!

A BUS error usually means that wiring is damaged, loose, or mismatched for one of the BUS devices.

Check that keypad’s wiring. remove, strip back fresh wire, and reconnect the wires to the BUS terminals on the panel.
