GE CONCORD EXPRESS 4 compatible?

I have a GE CONCORD EXPRESS 4 panel at the moment that I believe only has wifi,no cellular. I think…

I want to stop my using my current provider who is charging $65/month to SuretyDiy. The current provider definitely uses the alarm.com as the website for managing the system.

Can I switch to SuretyDIY with a wifi only panel? It seems like I have to have cellular??

Happy to help!

You cannot have an Alarm.com account without a cellular communication module. This is true for all providers and panels.

If you do use Alarm.com, then an Alarm.com cellular communication module would be in use. In fact, for Concord 4s, dual path broadband capability is only added via a cellular communication module version 187e or later.

However, note that the Concord Express is not officially an Alarm.com compatible panel. The Interlogix Concord 4 is a compatible panel. The Express is a different model and not officially supported.

To clarify and help provide the best instruction, please provide a photo of the panel control board. This will be found in the metal box enclosure (typically in a basement).
