I am setting up a new GC3e. When testing the LAN network, the backend fails (red light), Other two tests are fine (green lights). can you check my system and see if there is a setting or other issue? Thanks
I just sent a couple troubleshooting commands to your panel and it looks like it kick started that network connection for you. Broadband backup is up and running now.

Ive got the same msg. As for broadband back up I still have panel supervision error and communication error msg alert. Comm error may be related to recent firmware upgrade. Do i need to do anything for broadband backup configuration?
I’ve sent a few commands and it looks like your system is communicating via broadband now. You can test that broadband now.

Yes, it can. Your panel was not set for dual path properly, after refreshing the settings it is responding to broadband pings just fine.
