I am moving in to a new house that has a GC3 system installed but doesn’t have a cellular radio installed. I see I have options for AT&T 3G or Verizon 3G or LTE. Do I sign up for cellular service or is it provided by the monitoring company in the service fee? Is there a way to use t-mobile? Their iot offerings seem interesting and low cost for monitoring (http://iot.t-mobile.com/pricing/).

No, the cellular data is included in the service plan pricing found here. You do not (and cannot) sign up for a separate data plan for the alarm panel and Alarm.com cellular module.
Is there a way to use t-mobile?
No, there are no T-Mobile Alarm.com cell sleds for the GC3 alarm panel. You can find compatible cellular sleds in our store. These are the Verizon CDMA, AT&T HSPA, and the 4G Verizon LTE.
For Alarm.com service, you must use an Alarm.com service provider, such as suretyDIY.
