I purchased and installed a GC3 panel and sensors approximately 2 months ago. Everything was working perfectly until all of a sudden, the screen on my panel went blank. The chimes/audio still work when doors are opened and closed, but I can’t otherwise use the system without the screen. Are there any known issues that may have caused this? What is the fix for this? Is there a way to reset the panel?

I believe I have heard this once and a reboot resolved it. We can send a remote reboot if you would like to test.
