Help. My alarm panel is blank again. 
The tech reset it before and fixed it. Is this a problem with firmware or do I need to have my panel replaced?
We’ve sent a reset command.
This panel is in fact running launch firmware which hasn’t been updated, and I do not recall ever seeing this on a later version. I would advise updating to 3.0.2. You can find it here.
