GC3 Firmware Update Error 24

I currently have 3.2.1 firmware and want to update to 3.2.6, however when I flash any of the firmwares 3.2.4/3.2.6, I am getting an error code 24: failed to migrate JSON

Is there a way to fix this or do I need to re-setup everything again?

Power cycle your panel before trying again, and try 3.2.3.

I have two motion detectors though, should I still update to 3.2.3?

If you have 3.2.1 the issue referenced regarding Interior Follower behavior is already present.

I followed your instructions, however, I’m still getting the same error even after power cycle and trying to flash to 3.2.3

Do you have a Surety account? I am not seeing any Surety account tied to this username. If you do use Surety as your Alarm.com provider send us a PM with the account holder’s name, or reach out from your account linked email address to support@suretyhome.com.

If you use another provider, reach out to your provider for assistance and potential OTA firmware updates.
