Hi guys, I accidently set off alarm last night , but central station did not respond via 2 way, nor did they attempt a cell phone call, I called them to report false alarm, is Central station having tech issues? Can u look into this for me , I see two way voice is having some issues right now
Central station history shows a call placed to your first contact phone roughly 45 seconds prior to the call in.
This call was after a two way voice call in which the operator stated there was no response.
The GC3 appears to have some 2 Way Voice problems. I have been testing this directly with Alarm.com to the same result.
