Can I get a reboot?
A reboot was sent. Did you try a local power cycle? I’m curious if that would be successful.
However that’s good to know regarding the firmware, I’m shooting that over to 2GIG that we’ve seen a case on the new firmware version.
This happened to me as well shortly after updating firmware. Panel had full functionality, but no display. I power cycled it, and it came back on. Did have some distortion temporarily that has resolved. Sounds like a pretty serious bug.
It has been reported to 2GIG. From observation it does not otherwise affect functions of the panel and always resolves with a quick power cycle. I believe 2GIG is working on it for the next update. We will double check on this issue.
