I have been thinking about getting a SuretyDIY system with the GC3. Is the GC3 compatible with the Schlage BE469 now that the 3.1.3 firmware has been released? Details are hard to come by on the new firmware so unclear whether it’s time to pull the trigger.

Happy to assist. You can find 2GIG’s current compatibility guide here. The BE469 is not currently compatible (The listing is somewhat confusing on the compatibility chart) however 2GIG confirms that the BE469 lock is not compatible with the GC3.
