GC2E Panel with Smartthings Integration - Unknown Z-wave Device Errors

I have a Smartthings V3 hub set as primary controller and my 2GIG panel is the secondary. I have a lot of lights that function flawlessly, however I just recently ran into a problem when I added several z-wave water leak sensors. The sensors, after about 24 hours, migrated from the Smartthings to the 2GIG, and now show up as an unknown device with a yellow error.

The actual error on each of the failed nodes is the same, “routing slave, inclusion incomplete! by: unknown manufacturer.” The screen also prompts me to “Press failed device’s button to remove it.” Which I’ve done, but it also removes the water leak sensor from Smartthings.

Is there a way to hide it, or bypass it, or even remove it without causing it to also be deleted from Smartthings?

Thanks.

Unfortunately that device is not compatible with the alarm panel or Alarm.com, so any time it gets added it would show up with error messages.

We can dismiss trouble conditions until they recur, but we cannot manually remove display of devices.

Unfortunately Smartthings would be the ultimate control over the other points. I’m not sure if there is a way to disable device sharing for specific devices using a secondary controller. I would not expect so.

If you want leak detectors compatible with 2GIG and your monitoring, look into the 2GIG FT6-345
