Hello,
Were you looking for wireless smoke detectors or hardwired smoke detectors? Was the issue you had with the smoke detectors themselves or the wiring?
If you have interconnected 110V Smoke detectors in your home, you can use one of the firefighter sensors to cover your whole home.
The ones I have now are wired and one went bad (kept going off) I should of replaced them last year since they are
I think I understand this correctly. I can just replace the ones I have and there is one that I can get that picks up if it hears the sound to alert the alarm monitoring is that correct?
Hardwired smoked should be replaced every 10 years. If they are close to 10 years I would recommend replacing them. System Sensors smokes are reliable hardwired smokes. You would just need to open one and see if it is a 2-Wire smoke or a 4-Wire smoke detector if you would like to replace them.
The firefighter would be to use with 110VAC smoke detectors that are usually installed on homes per code. They should be interconnected where if one activates, they all activate.
If you do not have 110VAC smokes and you would like to remove your hardwired system smokes, you can use the 2GIG wireless smoke detectors
perfect!! I just took it off the wall and it’s a 3 wire.
I will look at it more tomorrow.
When will you have that back in stock or know where I can’t get one?
We do not carry any hardwired smoke detectors. Could you send a picture of the smoke you have? It should be 2 wire or 4 wire. My guess is it may be a 2 wire where two black wires are on a single terminal and two red wires each on their own terminals?
System Sensor 2W-B Two Wire Smoke Detector
Oh yeah I am going to go tomorrow to get the new detectors but wanted to get the sensor that works with the alarm and yall are out of stock.
I can confirm that we do have the 2GIG 345MHz FireFighter Audio detector in stock atm.
