Just installed a gas detector wired to the PG9WLSHW8 and realized there is no appropriate sensor type to choose from. The sensor is a Macurco gd-2b, I have it set as a smoke at the moment. What would you suggest?

How would you like the panel and situation to happen if it is activated? Would you like the fire department to be notified? It can be programmed as a CO detector Group 34.
If you would like just local notification, you can set it up as a water non-reporting group 25. This will activate the siren locally and send you notifications to alarm.com but not send a signal to the monitoring center.
If you would just like a notification through alarm.com, you can program it as a door/window and local safety sensor and set up notifications for that sensor when there is activity.
