My garage is closed but the app says it’s open.
Looks like this is regarding a Liftmaster universal hub?
It appears the hub is reporting having been recently installed. With the universal hub, the small black tilt sensor mounted to the garage door determines the current orientation of the door. Has it ever reported open and close properly?
Do you have the tilt sensor installed on the top panel of the garage door? Check that the sensor is installed the correct way, it has a distinct top and bottom. Also make sure the battery is secure in the tray.
Where do you have the hub itself installed? It should be in the garage mounted to the ceiling.
