Garage Offline - Multiple Location/Devices - How to?

At my house, I have a Liftmaster 8500W that I enrolled to Alarm.com
My process was to use the MyQ app to connect to Wifi, then in the MyQ app, go to device management, swipe to delete, which then no longer showed it as “gateway enrolled elsewhere” in ADC. so, this way I could register the gateway with alarm.com. I got it connected and all was good. Then somehow, the gateway showed up in the MyQ app with the name of adc and a bunch of long numbers and characters.

Then today at my rental, I could not find a way to add another home, so I enrolled a MyQ Chamberlain Smart Garage Control Hub. It showed up in the MyQ app but also showed up in alarm.com somehow. I changed the name of my 8500W in the MyQ app to my address instead of the weird name.

Now, my 8500W shows as offline at my house, and I have a second garage door showing up in alarm.com as Garage Door 2.

My question is, how do I get my home garage door back online? Was it the name change that caused it to go offline? Or the Rental Garage overrode it? I take it MyQ is linked to the MyQ app somehow?

Also, I have a MyQ motorized front gate I am installing. How do I get my garage and gate on ADC? Want to make sure I follow the proper protocol as I boinked something here.

I liked how the garage was in the MyQ and Amazon Key app along with ADC. The last house using the Smart Hub, I could only have in one or another.

Update: looks like a GFCI was tripped, the garage is back online.

So it looks like MyQ is linked to my ADC account, so when I add the gate to MyQ app it will show in ADC?

I’m not aware of this as a change or new option. Alarm.com documentation does not yet reference it that I can find. It may be a change on MyQ’s end, but ADC still only references support through ADC and registration of the Gateway only in ADC.

Mind sending a screenshot of the MyQ app?

The one with the shield logo on it is the ADC hub serial I registered. The other is just a smart hub I added to MyQ but once added it shows in ADC.

Very interesting, there isn’t an account history event for the second door addition like there is with the first. The second door shows as having been added 8/29 but without an event recorded.

I’ll see if ADC is working on the integration and just hasn’t posted docs yet.
