In reference to your other Forum Thread with the same concern:

House pad not showing garage door

I have a MYQ/Liftmaster garage door opener. My daughter, who doesn’t live with me, tried to pair her car remote to my garage door and it messed up the connection. We had a repair man from MYQ come out and he got our remote s to work but we can’t see the garage on our control panel in the house or on our phones. I went on the Alarm app and found “Add Device” but Liftmaster is not listed. How can l get Liftmaster added back to my “Device”?

You would need to manually add the device to your Alarm.com account first.

Have you tried the steps recommended by my colleague, Vidail?
