In our last house we had MyQ system setup on our garage doors.
However, in the new house we have some off the wall brand door openers.
whats your solution / suggestion for two doors using marantec openers?

According to Chamberlain, MyQ Universal Hubs like the 821LM cannot control Marantec openers, only see status via the tilt sensor. This likely means they use a non-standard RF not supported by the hub, or do not meet UL standards.
To use MyQ it looks like new openers would be required.
The GD00Z-5 Linear Z-wave Opener is another option for the GC3, and should work provided the openers have safety eyes.
