Hi Support Team,

I couldn’t find an option but thought I’d see if you have any suggestions -

  1. We have a garage door sensor, which we can see status etc. Is it possible to set a notification when the door is left up? Or if not another way to do it? Using a window sensor is the only way I can see?

Yes, in Alarm.com go to the Notifications page and create a new notification. Select the Garage Left Open notification type. Select the desired door and timeframe and then save.
