Hello, I have:
a skybell trim on my front door
an August Lock on my garage door
and a liftmaster internet gateway for my garage

When I’m talking to someone through the skybell I am able to disable the alarm, and unlock the door to the garage, but I’m not able to open the garage door. Do you know why alarm.com doesn’t offer this feature during video calls and if this is planned to be added? It would be nice.

That’s a great question, and I don’t believe I have heard anything about that in the pipeline but we will check with ADC and report back.
