I had to replace the logic board in my Chamberlain garage door opener. So I had to relearn the myq internet gateway with the SuretyDIY app and now I have two garage automation devices. The new one is good and the other one is showing a malfunction error as it should as it no longer matches the garage opener. How do I get rid of the one with the malfunction error?
Currently, deletion of existing Garage door devices must be performed through the Alarm.com dealer tools and is not available to the end user. I’ve sent a command to remove the older malfunctioning door. Please allow a few minutes for this to complete. You may need to log out and log back into Alarm.com in order to view this change.
