Hi, I have the LiftMaster Gateway 828LM. Its showing as offline. I’ve tried plugging and unplugging. It has activity lights as well as the switch. Maybe you can remove from my account (couldn’t find a way to delete the device) then I can try readding it to see if that fixes it?

I see an 828LM on your account, but the garage door does not appear to use it and that 828LM does not show as being offline currently. On our end it looks like there are two gateways, with the device labeled Garage Door 2 showing as a second Gateway.
It is the Garage Door and Garage Door 2 devices which show a malfunction.
So that we can best help can you confirm how many controllable doors you have and what model of MyQ openers they are?
I only have one garage door and 1 828LM Gateway. The alarm.com dashboard is only showing 1 garage door (was named Garage Door 2) and it shows as offline.
Thank you, that is interesting. I am showing that device is using its own Gateway ID and does not connect through the 828LM. There are two Gateways listed, the malfunctioning one is listed as a Wi-Fi Garage Opener Gateway. The model number is not available, but it looks like this is an opener with wifi built in. These can act as their own Gateway and do not need the 828LM.
Did this garage opener replace an older one which used the 828LM?
Try power cycling the internet router and then power cycle the garage overhead controller. Open and close the door a couple times locally. Does the malfunction go away after that?
Looks like you are correct. I have a newer garage door installed with the built in MyQ. I changed network equipment and that disconnected the connection.
I have now removed the no longer used 828LM from the network that was for the old garage door, and went through the steps to reconnect the new garage door that has the built in MyQ from the main button/LED.
The garage door is now back on and working from the app. However, I now have an issue with the alarm panel. The Qolsys IQ2 shows the garage on there, but none of the commands work and it doesn’t reflect the correct current status of the garage when it changes. How can I resolve this issue? Thanks for the help!
