Added a MyQ Smart Garage Hub (G0301). My App showed the door immediately. However it did not on a few other devices … Is this common? Am I missing a setting/permission somewhere?
Are you referring to other devices while logged in as the same primary user? You would only possibly have a permissions issue if you are referring to a secondary login with custom access levels. If you are using a secondary login, you can update access under Users > Manage Logins > click the login name to adjust permissions.
If you are just using the primary login, you may need to log out and log back into Alarm.com to view new device changes.
