Garage Control through the Alarm.com website and mobile app is included with all Gold Interactive subscriptions. Compatible hardware is required.
It looks like this is regarding a 2GIG Panel. For the Linear Z-wave Garage Opener the 2GIG Go!Control panel needs to be at 1.13 or later firmware.
It appears the related panel here is using 1.10 firmware, which would need to be updated. You can find the current firmware version by following this video.

I use the Linear ZWave Garage Door opener with my GC3 panel and through the app and online. It has worked great for me.
