My 888lm went bad. I have a replacement, what are the steps required to pair it again with the gateway? Do I have to remove the old device and start over, or can I just pair the new one to the gateway?

Should you need a LiftMaster Device removed from your account, please send a Secure Message to customer service. Please include the Device Type, Name and the service address for the account.
You can add the new 888LM by logging into Alarm.com:
Settings -> Devices -> LiftMaster Installation
